OWNER / DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Nicole Jordan serves as Owner and Director of Operations at Jordy Luxe Transactions. A licensed real estate professional since 2015, she brings a background in Business Management and certified Project Management principles to every file.
Nicole oversees transaction files, operational systems, quality control, and compliance standards while also leading agent onboarding, workflow development, and marketing initiatives. Her role blends detailed execution with big-picture oversight to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a seamless experience across all transactions.
Fluent in Spanish, Nicole supports agents and clients with clarity and structure, maintaining high standards while keeping communication approachable and solutions-oriented.
TERRAN JORDAN
OWNER / DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY AND GROWTH
Terran Jordan serves as Owner and Director of Strategy & Growth at Jordy Luxe Transactions. He leads financial oversight, recruitment, long-term business strategy, and expansion planning.
With a background in IT, management, and real estate, Terran focuses on strengthening infrastructure, improving scalability, and identifying growth opportunities that enhance the company’s long-term stability. He also supports event coordination and partnership initiatives that build meaningful connections within the real estate community.
His role ensures the business operates with financial discipline, strategic vision, and forward momentum.


ARIELLE KISS
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Arielle Kiss brings nearly eight years of transaction coordination experience across multiple states. After earning her real estate license, she quickly discovered her strengths were rooted in compliance, organization, and administrative execution.
Her career began by helping a local agent streamline their CRM and implement SOPs, which naturally evolved into full file management. As word spread, so did demand for her structured, detail-oriented approach.
Known for her love of spreadsheets, systems, and color-coded organization, Arielle thrives in keeping transactions aligned and compliant. She values the behind-the-scenes impact of reducing pressure for agents and ensuring each file moves forward smoothly.
She is proud to contribute her experience and precision to the Jordy Luxe Transactions team.
BRITTANY JORDAN
LICENSED TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Brittany Jordan has been involved in real estate since 2011, with experience spanning new construction, traditional residential brokerage, and iBuyer/investment transactions. Early in her career, she recognized her strengths in organization and coordination, making transaction management a natural path.
Her diverse background allows her to confidently navigate complex transactions while maintaining structure and consistency. She brings calm, clarity, and attention to detail to each file, ensuring agents and clients remain supported throughout the process.
Outside of real estate, Brittany enjoys time with her husband and two children, cheering at baseball games and celebrating dance recitals.


JERI LACAP
COMPLIANCE OFFICER & INTAKE SPECIALIST
Jeri Lacap joined Jordy Luxe Transactions in 2022 and serves as the team’s Compliance and Intake Specialist. With a real estate background dating back to 2015, she has experience in lead generation, marketing, appointment setting, and transaction coordination.
Her strength lies in identifying details others may overlook. She approaches each file with precision, ensuring contracts are complete, compliant, and thoroughly reviewed before moving forward. Her proactive mindset helps address issues early and maintain steady progress toward closing.
Jeri balances her professional focus with a creative and adventurous spirit outside of work, often exploring new hobbies and interests.
MIKE MANGALINDAN
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Mike Mangalindan provides comprehensive administrative and transaction support to the Jordy Luxe Transactions team, helping ensure each file moves forward smoothly and efficiently. He manages transaction communications, distributes updates, monitors deadlines, and supports closing preparation and post-closing coordination.
Known for his positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Mike brings both organization and energy to the team. He oversees pre-listing intake tasks, utility documentation, home warranty invoice requests, and agent record maintenance with consistency and care.
Mike is often the steady presence behind the scenes — approachable, dependable, and always ready to help. His natural optimism and team-first mindset contribute to a supportive environment for both agents and clients.


CESS BAYANGOS
MARKETING SPECIALIST
Cess Bayangos serves as the Marketing Specialist for Jordy Luxe Transactions. She leads the creation of listing marketing materials, including flyers, branded graphics, offer instruction sheets, and customized listing assets that support agents from launch to close.
Cess also oversees new agent template personalization, ensuring each agent’s materials reflect their individual branding while maintaining consistency with the company’s standards. Her attention to visual detail and design consistency helps elevate the presentation of every listing and supports a polished, professional market presence.
She brings creativity, organization, and a strong understanding of real estate marketing workflows to the team.
KRISTINE ATUEL
COMMUNICATIONS & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION MANAGER
Kristine Atuel oversees social media channels, email communications, and system integrations for Jordy Luxe Transactions. She manages content coordination, campaign execution, and platform alignment to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
In addition to communications, Kristine supports backend system integrations that streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Her role bridges marketing and technology, helping ensure that processes are connected, automated where possible, and aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
Kristine brings structure, technical understanding, and communication clarity to the team’s digital presence.
